The dynamic pressure on the astral body while the energy body is expanded with the chakras open, causes the energy to flow through the 300 chakras in the body, and also causes the vibrational state.
NOTE: If you exert enough pressure on the astral body during the end of the projection sequence, then the output of the body will be consciously and automatically (reflects), therefore, will be in command of the projection itself, may access a real time projection.
Remember I mentioned earlier that many experienced projectors output lost consciousness, "go to black" in the final stage of projection, thus unable to project real-time, achieve the stranglehold of its projection.
This is due to the need to make a conscious effort to separate the physical from the astral body when all the conditions are ripe for the projection, otherwise the mechanism is actuated mirror image projection (projection involuntary) that is acting when we were all asleep.
That is, even if you have the physical body totally relaxed and have cleared your mind, even if you are in a trance and your energy body has expanded and open your chakras are energy filling, otherwise perform the action of removing the astral body physical body consciously, you will not get the full command of the projection and you can not throw you in real time.
That is why it is so important is the proper use of the imaginary rope, because, thanks to this action is that you achieve conscious astral body separate physical manually (consciously) obtaining mastery over the projection itself.
If you can not leave your body in the first 15 minutes, then I doubt you can do it during the same session. If this is the case, or take a break and try again later, or get some sleep before continuing.
Remember that it is assumed that all perfectly mastered the previous exercises, and you can release your energy body in just a few minutes.
One of the biggest problems with any kind of EFC consciously remember is waking up all the time.
This is what you can do to remember. As soon as you wake up, sit on your bed and forces those memories back. Sit down and think hard. Reserve some time each morning to accomplish this.
This will train your dream memory. During this period of silence (every morning), generates some key phrases in your mind, until you find something.
Say things like: I looked at my watch and ........., I looked at my hands and ................., I was walking ..... ..........., .................. I was talking, I was heading ............. ., ............ I was on, I was flying on ................, I was having a (a) ...... .........., ................. I was inside, I was with ................ .
These are examples of phrases that you can bring your memory fragments from dreams, which, can be used to remember. Create some phrases that fit your needs.
It may seem that there is nothing in your mind to remember, but try hard and strive for truth. The memories are there, you just have to reach out and find them. Once you look at a fragment of memory, more memory may be located, ..... and more and more.
You will be surprised how much you can remember this.
It is important to write everything as soon as you remember. Even if you do it several times during the night. The memories may seem vivid and hard to forget at that time, but the astral or dream memories usually fade in a few seconds if you do not register.
Just type in a few keywords and then you can fill in the blanks. With practice, this form of writing can be removed as your ability to bring your memories astral develops.
Some people find that they are stuck in some part of their body during the projection process.
Can be dropped (separated) from your body, but are stuck in their head, or the area of his stomach. If this occurs, it may exert more pressure to pulling the rope, causes some physical pain or any uncomfortable feeling.
There are two possible reasons for this:
1. - If you find yourself stuck in the middle, in the stomach area, may be related to diet, for example, excessive protein or red meat intake before the screening.
Remedy: Eat lightly, you can eat all you want, but preferably eat fish or white meat instead of red meat. Avoid fats, oils, nuts and cheeses.
2. - If you are stuck in your head, or somewhere else, is a sign of a lazy or inactive chakra, possibly caused by a blockage of energy.
Remedy: Concentrate on opening this stuck chakra during the energy exercises. If this occurs during the projection sequence, stop everything and open that chakra, then you are in trance, so it will be easier. Once you've worked a bit on the chakra, try pulling the rope again.

Each time you do a reality check, ask yourself.
1. - Is this a normal situation, there is something strange about this?
2. - I can fly?. Try to float in the air.
3. - Try to close your eyes. This is a final test, as in the astral form can not close my eyes.
NOTE: The reality check should be commonplace for you to be effective.
When you perform a reality check during normal sleep, you realize that you can do is a dream and can take control of it.
It is important, then, remind yourself that you will remember everything miso when you wake up. Tell yourself over and over again, "I will remember this when I wake up."
Trigger Lucid Dreaming
The key to successful reality checks is to have a good 'Trigger'. This could be something you do often several times a day. It could be any kind of habitual action, here are some ideas.
1. - The Time: Every time you look at your watch, do a reality check. A digital clock is a good help. Place the alarm to sound every hour.
2. - Hands: Whenever you feel your hands, perform a reality check.
3. - Smoking: If you smoke, every time you turn on a cigarette, do a reality check. You'll find yourself lighting a cigarette several times during the course of a dream, if you're a smoker.
NOTE: It takes time to make your trigger habitual, usually a few weeks. It also helps to do some affirmations before going to sleep, for example, "I will remember on my watch."
When you become aware in the course of normal sleep, it automatically becomes a lucid dream, and you'll sleep in a communal setting.
If you want to switch to a real-time projection, try and become aware of your physical body. If you feel it, then you will be able to return to a spacetime close to him. In any way this is difficult and could end up completely with the experience (returning to your waking state).
I suggest you enjoy the Lucid Dream. Communal dream scenarios are very colorful places and usually find lots of entertainment.
You will see all sorts of weird and wonderful things, and you have all kinds of adventures.
NOTE: To enhance the memory of lucid dreaming, do not forget to constantly remind yourself, "Recodare All the Awakening".
1. - Watch your hands thoroughly, watch them melt (You just have to have the intention of watching it melt hands).
2. - Turn yourself around (spins) until you desorientes.
3. - Displays a link where you want to be (instantaneous travel). This usually will lead to a scenario similar to that visualized as a destination.
4. - Fly straight up, as fast as possible. If this fails to change your scenario, at least experience what is flying by
5. - Fly quickly near the surface until you find a place
you like. The effect of velocity on the environment is what will cause
the change of scenery.
6. - Step into a mirror, photo, or painting. This is the same as a virtual reality projection.
All these techniques trick the Subconscious through disorientation, so that you move towards another location within reality.
Simply move across a room could be a great job.
The lack of control is simply due to unfamiliarity with the astral dimension. It's like being in zero gravity. You must learn to move again.
When you project in real time, you're just a point of consciousness with a poorly constructed etheric envelope around.
The Movement is provided by thought - not by muscles.
There is a kind of 'Momentum' when you are in the astral form that is causing the most problems. This makes you follow moving for a while after you've decided to stop.
This impetus is caused by the thought that took care to cause movement. If this (momentum) is too strong, or too long will cause you to move very fast, or too far away.
Only practice will teach you to acquire any degree of precision and grace.
Be aware that the movement provided by your Mind. Must induce you (with the will) to yourself to start moving, to change direction, and to stop you.
This is the best advice I can give on this. It really is something you learn by doing. Have fun.
When you have learned the basic moves, do not try anything too ambitious for a while. Stay close to the surface and move around your local area first.
Practice varying your speed until you get some control over it.
At first you may find something very similar to gravity is affecting you. You may be able to elevate into the air only to find that you archaea slowly back to earth. If you persevere, you'll find yourself moving in a series of short flights (large jumps).
This is caused partly by habit, and partly by basic movement problems.
You returned to earth when the mental action that generates the movement falters. This causes your flight impetus to stop and the gravity habit you have, you pull down.
You may find yourself running down the street and jumping into the air. This is not necessary. Focus your will into action to float in the air. Then use your will to generate motion, in the same way as with the basic movements.
The astral form, there NO gravity affecting you. Convince yourself that, and you'll instantly flying.
The three speeds are defined by S. Muldoon, and are generally accepted, are only a rough guide. These are:
1. - Walking speed.
2. - Auto Motor Speed.
3. - Instantaneous travel.
I think these three speeds are a sign of the times (in which S. Muldoon lived). Probably these were the only types of speed known to the person at the time.
Today, computers, movies, games, and air travel have prepared our minds to accept much higher speeds.
With practice and good mental control, you can vary your speed according to your purpose, from walking speed, up to supersonic speed.
Anyway, this is a major problem that is just beginning in this. Control of the direction and speed has a lot to do with how stable the projection, and how experienced you are to apply your will on the movement.
* I have found that this is highly wrong. *
Instantly find this method will project you straight usually within a locality Subjective, created to visualize your destination.
It may seem like you are in the destination location, but usually find several discrepancies between the actual location and locality in which you find yourself.
The instant travel, are very similar to the Virtual Reality Projection.
By using your powers of visualization to travel, what you're really doing is not traveling, but you are creating a copy of the desired destination subjective, entering it (courtesy of the subconscious mind).
All that is needed is to break your concentration only once, and you will slip immediately to within a dream scenario. You must maintain a strict mind control at all times while traveling in real time.
It really is not very practical to travel near the surface for very large distances.
For example, a city across the planet will be about 13,000 miles away. You would need to travel to about 64 times the speed of sound for aboriginal women that city in about 15 minutes. When traveling at this speed in the atmosphere, everything blurs and distorts, and the surface changes, causing disorientation and its corresponding reality shift.
Any aspect of the projection target in real time, thus, is lost.
NOTE: the projection novice can, generally only remain in real time for several minutes. Consequently, any travel long distances in real time will be limited by the time you can keep the projection.
To travel long distances, you need to study geography. You must be able to recognize continents, oceans, countries, states and cities. You should also study a map of the area of your aim and memorize any geographic feature.
To project to that place, having memorized all of the above, you should enter orbit (above the Earth's atmosphere), and then re-enter your target.
As you approach the ground, you adjust your approach and go to the forms and reliefs that are geographically near your destination.
Many people, myself included, tend to be thrown beyond the solar system, and sometimes outside the galaxy.
To avoid this, it is important to learn to control the speed during the ascent.
It is easier to project to the moon first as a way to enter orbit. This gives you a great visual target, which you can project in a few moments.
Once there, it is easy to return to Earth, enter orbit and circunvalarla until you are on your target.
In space, away from the atmosphere, no problem with distortion induced velocity.
You can travel to the most distant galaxy. The speed of thought is infinite, is as if plegaras space and you moved without moving.
If you see something, then you can go there.
In comparison, the speed of light is like a snail. I often go into deep space to think and meditate, I go where galaxies appear as a small fuzzy dot in the distance.
This is easy, but the trick is to get back consciously.
Unless you possess a thorough knowledge in astronomy, which does not possess, it is somewhat complicated.
Following the silver cord, if you manage to see one, it is impractical at this rate, though, gives you a basic orientation about the direction to take to return.
To return from a long distance, you have to do is tune into your body (physical), and become aware of it.
Then try to move any part of your body, such as a toe or hand. This will bring you back to your body, and finish the show with complete retention of the memories of the EFC.
Occasionally it happens that while you are in the middle of a projection, you feel an incredible force attracts.
You'll be moving against your own will, usually backwards, attracted by this force.
Can you resist for a while, but this (force) will grow gradually until you can not resist any longer and, will take over the roofs of the houses, up in the sky, and .......... into the future.
Then, after a while, you come to a different place ... and at a different time. Commonly this will be a rather mundane, possibly a domestic settlement of any class.
You will be left there for the inspections. Perhaps even you alternate with people who do not know, and they will be presented as confused as you.
This could be a scene of your future life, could be a symbolic vision, or a mixture of both.
Could be an invisible spectator in the scene, or could be part of it (and events), in what would be your body in the future, and see what happens for yourself and future directions.
It could also be a scene of a major event is about to occur. It could be a natural disaster or other, or something unusual or exciting to the world stage.
These types of events usually have the characteristic of having a large amount of energy surrounding them, and this is what might be the cause of vision.
The only explanations that could give this respect are:
1. - The intervention of your higher self: For some reason you decide it's time to show you something about your future.
2. - Clairvoyant interference: Your Brow chakra has become clairvoyantly active and has tuned some future event. Your point of consciousness has been captured by this vision and is projected to in this vision.
3. - A combination of both previous points - This would be the most logical.
